(NYSE: SEAS) ("SeaWorld Entertainment"), a leading theme park and entertainment company, announced today that its Board of Directors has adopted a policy to pay a regular quarterly dividend. As a result SeaWorld Entertainment also announced today that its Board of Directors has declared an initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share payable on July 1, 2013 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 20, 2013.
